  1. I really love your photos, Valentina! Even though I am familiar with your model, your photos make me feel like she is a stranger who I want to know more about. Your photos are sharp and have strong contrast. These are fabulous works!

  2. The portraits are stunning! I would encourage you to further explore the use of dramatic lighting

  3. Beautiful photos! Your experimentation with light is lovely. Some of the photos are not sharp but that's my only suggestion.

  4. These are beautiful portraits! I think some of them are a little grainy, but the narrative is really strong.

  5. These are wonderful! Obviously that one is a little grainy but they are very compelling and certainly capture something of your subject.

  6. I love that you played with the lighting on people's faces. A couple of them are a little grainy and some could be more sharp.

  7. The first few grainy photos I guess are partly because of the camera you used, see if your photos improve after you change a camera. However I like the way you captured the light and shadow on your model's face.

  8. The lighting on these is fantastic! Did you use any kind of special set up? My favorite is the one of her holding her mouth.

  9. Really great photos but some just needed a little more tone correction.

  10. The contrast for all of your photos is suitably dramatic, it creates an intense mood which I think was what you were going for. The composition seems a bit off to me though. Rather than following the rule of thirds, I feel like your subject is actually pretty centered, or is dividing the image into two halves. It works for number seven because the subject is symmetrical by facing the camera straight on, but for say image two I think it might be stronger if you'd moved the frame more to the right (then the subject would be more in the first third of the picture, ie less black void on the left).
