  1. I would just say always make sure you are holding the camera steady and at the perfect angle you want. Many of these are successful because of their hard lines and perfect symmetry, but a few look like the camera's angle is just a touch off. You could try using a tripod.

  2. I don't have much to say about these besides what Catherine mentioned. The issue about the angle of the frame is an issue that can be fixed in photoshop with the straighten tool.
