I think it's really interesting that all of your images are close, explorations of detail. It would be nice to have some different focal points in some of the images, but I really like your focus on texture.
Your photos are really crisp and I like how you explored the natural environment and things around you. It takes a lot of effort to focus a photo correctly and you and your camera really put in the work (except the fern photo that we discussed in class). I like the bench photo a lot because of how the texture really shines through. You've transformed the ordinary bench into an exploration of texture which is really interesting considering the dullness of your subject matter.
Your angles are great! They're pretty much all close-ups which is interesting because that kinda unites them all together even though they're each of very different textures. Some are a little out-of-fous which subtracts from their quality.
As I stated in class, I think there could have been a better perspective or a different depth of field for the fern photo to have made that photo more dynamic. In addition, the second to last photo of the plant could have been in better focus. Overall I really that your photos capture the texture of nature. I think my favorite photo would have the be the photo of the bench, i love the perspective that it was taken from and it really captures a street style vibe. I also really love the close up leaf photo and how you were able to capture that detail.
I like that some of your photos are focused on texture and pattern. In some pictures I would be more clear on where the focus is.
