Really loved the perspective you chose to shoot your photos. I also like the contrast between the foreground and the back ground, it really enhances your photos. I guess the only criticism is that I would have liked to see more variety in the subject matter.
The butterflies are stunning! I love the shot of the two eating the banana. The shape the bananas make is a very cool additional level to the image. I with there was a wider variety of subject matter, but I think these would be beautiful as a collection.
Angelica, the first thing I thought about when I saw these was how crisp they were, very good job with that. The 1st one is stunning with how much the leaves stand out and how many different shades of monochromatic color are visible. Though I do agree on variety, I don't think that's entirely fair because each week it's necessary to have a rough sort of theme to work with and you certainly kept to a theme.
Your pictures are rockin'! I bet I can guess where you went... I love that they tell the story of where you were and the beautiful creatures you encountered. Your camera focus is excellent. When shooting close ups that's the make or break of the image & I think you nailed it.
I like how your images have the same theme/subject matter, and I like the different angles you took. I think it would have been cooler if you were able to get even closer photos of the butterflies; maybe show off their insect bodies and faces. I don't know how easy that would have been though! Overall, rad photos!
